When you register for JobMail, your e-mail address will be recorded and saved. You will then receive job notices tailored to your profile on a regular basis – per e-mail and free of charge. If, at some point, you do not want to receive JobMails any longer, you can unsubscribe using the specified link that is included in every JobMail.

2. Anschreiben2go and Lebenslauf2go

If you use Anschreiben2go ( and/or Lebenslauf2go ( the personal data used for your cover letter and Curriculum Vitae, user account, generation of a JobMail, statistical analyses and service optimization will be used for related purposes as necessary. Data such as your e-mail address, name of the service, customer number and time stamp will be communicated to our partner eKomi (, the company which is responsible for a product evaluation conducted on our behalf.

3. Cookies

careers4refugees uses the following web analysis services: Google Analytics provided by Google Inc., U.S., Clicktale provided by Clicktale Ltd., Israel, plus its own analytics service. These services use "cookies" which are stored on your computer and make it possible to analyze how you use the website. The information the cookie generates about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to a service provider's server and saved there. Each analytics service provider uses this information to evaluate website usage and to generate reports for careers4refugees. We will send the job application you have filled out, along with all the additional information and documents you provide, per e-mail to the company which has the job vacancy. We will save your data only as long as necessary. Please note that e-mail communication can involve risks. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data. We also cannot guarantee that your application reaches its destination complete and intact.

Prohibited content

You are fully responsible for the content of your job application. You must ensure that the data and files you submit to us do not contain any viruses or worms. The information you provide to us must be truthful and not infringe on the rights of third-parties and the provisions of public law, nor violate the rules of good public and moral behavior.

Who processes your data?

We are responsible for processing your data. Our servers are located in Germany. In so far that careers4refugees requires the support of third-parties to provide its services, careers4refugees is authorized to provide your data to these third-parties whenever required for technical reasons.

Service outages, discontinuation or modification

careers4refugees cannot guarantee that its offerings are available at specified times. careers4refugees has taken steps to prevent outages, interruptions and data loss – however, these cannot be entirely ruled out. careers4refugees reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice. careers4refugees bears no liability for deleted data or data loss.
